What is included in the rate
Every space includes the dump station, wash station, and vacuum and air station at no extra charge, plus gated access, 24-hour monitoring and on-site help seven days a week. Compare that carefully against a cheaper monthly rate somewhere that bills those separately or does not offer them.
All rentals are month to month. No long-term lease and no penalty for leaving when the season ends.
How our rates compare
A 12' x 50' uncovered space at $195 a month works out to about $6.50 a day to keep a motorhome off your driveway, on pavement, behind a gate, with the dump station and wash station thrown in. Covered at $255 adds shade year round, which is the single biggest factor in how a roof, decals and seals hold up in Florida.
Availability on covered and 30-amp spaces moves with the season, so the rate is only half the question — call to confirm what is actually open.
