What can I store at Park-4-Dayz?

What are your rates?

Uncovered spaces start at $99 a month for a 12' x 25', $115 for a 12' x 30' and $195 for a 12' x 50'. Covered 12' x 50' spaces are $255 a month, or $290 with a 30-amp hookup. All rates are month to month. See the full price list.

Do you offer covered parking?

Yes. We have 12' x 50' covered spaces at $255 a month, or $290 with 30-amp power, alongside uncovered 12' x 25', 12' x 30' and 12' x 50' spaces. Covered spaces are limited and tend to fill first.

Do you have electrical hookups?

Select 12' x 50' covered spaces come with 30-amp electrical hookups for $290 a month. Ask about availability when you call, since these are the first to go.

Can I access my RV, boat or trailer 24/7?

24/7 tenant access options are available. Which one fits depends on how you use the space, so contact us and we will explain the options.

Do I have to sign a long-term lease?

No. Everything is month to month. You are not locked in, and you can leave at the end of any month.

Do you accommodate snowbirds and seasonal residents?

Yes, and a good share of our tenants are seasonal. Month-to-month terms mean you only pay for the months your rig is actually here.

Can I wash my RV or boat at the facility?

Yes. There is a free wash station for tenants, which is worth having if you run in salt water.

Do you have an RV dump station?

Yes. Tenants have free access to a dump station with sewer and water.

Do you have air available for tires?

Yes, there is a free vacuum and air station on site.

Is the facility secure?

The property has electronic gated access, 24-hour security monitoring and well-lit parking areas, with staff on site seven days a week.

Is there enough room for large RVs, boats and trailers?

Yes. The largest spaces are 12' x 50' and the lots are paved with wide drive aisles, so you can back in and pull out without a spotter.
